But to me, the awesome sunset is the water and the sun is setting on the water because we're talking about California. If you're not looking at this property, you need to go look at this because if you're a bucket for investor, guess what?

See, what happens is the sellers are typing this stuff in. It's so easy to make a typo. I'm telling you, it is. I don't hold that against them. But I'll tell you what I'm going to do.
